Australian aerobics!
As far as workout videos go, this is a pretty good one. It gets your heartrate up, and I really felt it in my arms. A lot of videos that incorporate weights (and even ones that don't) seem to focus more on the lower body, but this one really focuses on the upper body and I felt the burn. You will need 3-5 lb handweights. I used 3 lbs because it was so uptempo, 5 was too much.
The crazy thing about this video is that it is not what it appears. The image on the front cover is just a stock photo. The actual workout on the dvd is filmed in Australia, with Australian instructors. Not only that, but unless Australia is waaaay behind the US in fashion, it had to have been filmed at least 15 years ago. The clothes, hair, music and even the exercises themselves are very dated.

Fun Routine
I like this video. It is made by an Australian fitness coach, so the verbal cues sound different. She is energetic and the routine fast paced, but easy to do. She does repeat the steps several times before she adds on, so I could "get it" before she continued. I have very little co-ordination and really flubbed dance class, so any time I can actually follow someone's explanations I considerate a real plus. The time flew by, and I can see I'll be using this DVD again and again. Nice to see a new face in my collection.
